Perkins wants to bring back the feel-good factor

New Garff MHK Martyn Perkins reveals he’s on a mission to make taxi drivers more cheerful in the latest of Paul Speller’s interviews for the Isle of Man Examiner.

Mr Perkins wants to bring back the feel-good factor to the Isle of Man and he wants to start with the service industries.

He also reveals how a conversation with a former employee convinced him to stand for election.
