It’s sharp focus we need in Bell’s political picture, not the fuzzy lines of impressionism

Political commentator Paul Speller today gives his early verdict on Allan Bell’s announcement that he is considering reform of the structure of the Council of Ministers.

Tynwald Day, Isle of Man, St John'sPaul argues that Bell needs to give clearer instruction to his departments and show that he has a greater grip on his ministers in ensuring they look at the bigger picture rather than concentrating on what goes on in their own world.
