How an egg timer might make Tynwald question time fairer

Tynwald Day, Isle of Man, St John'sEarlier this week, Speaker Steve Rodan revealed that the format of Tynwald question time was under review to see if it could be made fairer to ministers and members alike.

As ever, Paul Speller has been keen to assist the Isle of Man’s politicians and has come up with his own suggestion, including the insertion of a giant egg timer behind the president’s chair and a limit on the number of questions a member can table per sitting.
